Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using www.homeleadrescue.com. By subscribing to our Voice AI Receptionist software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Legal Entity & Governing Law

This website and the Voice AI Receptionist software are owned and operated by Home Lead Rescue LLC, a company legally registered and structured in the State of Wyoming, USA. These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewal

Pricing: The Service is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis at the rate of $299 USD per month.

Authorization: By submitting your payment method via Stripe, you explicitly authorize Home Lead Rescue LLC to charge your corporate card automatically every thirty (30) days.

Price Modifications: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any price modifications will be communicated to you via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent your corporate card from being billed for the subsequent month, you must submit a cancellation request through your online software dashboard or email support@homeleadrescue.com at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, your software access will remain active until the end of your current pre-paid monthly billing cycle.

4. Refund & Dispute Policy

4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a transparent 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers to the Home Lead Rescue Voice AI Receptionist software.

Eligibility: To receive a full refund of your initial $299 payment, you must submit a formal refund request to support@homeleadrescue.com within exactly thirty (30) calendar days of your original signup date.

Exclusions: This guarantee applies exclusively to the first month of service for new customers. Subsequent monthly renewals do not qualify for this guarantee and are strictly non-refundable.

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once an eligible refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team, the credit will be issued directly back to the original payment method processed via Stripe. Please note that banks and card issuers typically require five (5) to ten (10) business days to clear the funds and display them on your corporate statement.

4.3 Billing Disputes & Chargeback Prevention

At Home Lead Rescue LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you detect an unfamiliar charge, an unexpected duplicate billing event, or a technical failure within the Voice AI software, you agree to contact our support team at support@homeleadrescue.com before initiating an official credit card chargeback with your bank.

Filing a formal bank dispute before contacting us slows down resolution timelines. We commit to investigating and correcting any internal billing errors within two (2) business days of receiving your direct message.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

5.1 Business Identity

By opting into SMS communications from Home Lead Rescue, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding your account, service updates, AI-recovered leads, appointment confirmations, and follow-up notifications. Messages will be sent from our designated business phone number.

5.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, call volume, and platform usage. You may receive messages related to missed call alerts, appointment reminders, lead notifications, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5.4 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to conduct business in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or GDPR
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are the exclusive property of Home Lead Rescue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Lead Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Lead Rescue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
