Payment processing for our $299/month subscription service is securely handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe").
- We do not store, view, or retain your raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
- All payment processing complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
- Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their independent Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on Stripe's official website.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the AI receptionist, review booster, and promotional messaging features.
- Process payments, send billing notifications, and manage subscriptions.

4. SMS & Call Consent (TCPA Compliance)
By providing your phone number or opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages and calls from Home Lead Rescue regarding your account, service updates, and AI-recovered leads.
- Message frequency varies based on call volume and platform activity.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
- You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at the email below.
- We honor opt-out requests promptly and do not send promotional SMS to numbers on our suppression list.
- We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell user data. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (such as telephony APIs and secure cloud hosts) strictly required to run the Voice AI software, or when legally compelled by law enforcement under US jurisdiction.
